Teachings
- All teachings are located at CTS Dharma Center, 12 Parkwood Avenue
- The Dharma Center will be open 30 minutes before each teaching
- Try to make an effort to arrive at least 5 minutes before the teaching begins
- Please leave your shoes on the front porch in the racks provided before entering
- If you cannot stay until the teaching is over, we ask that you do not attend that class
- All classes are open to the general public, unless otherwise indicated

Sunday
7:00 -8:30am - Members Only
Meditation & Practices. SHAMATA Meditation & VAJRASATTVA purification practice for advanced students.
9:30 - 10:30am
Introduction to Meditation. Instruction on meditation w/20 minutes of meditation practice ending with questions and answers.
2:00 - 3:00pm
Intermediate Meditation. Instruction on meditation w/30 minutes of meditation practice ending with questions & answers strictly related to meditation practice.
Monday
6:00 - 7:00pm
Lam-Rim Teachings. The stages of the path to enlightenment. Lam-Rim teachings give one a good foundation for meditation practice and direct access to study Buddha's entire teachings in great depth. (Basic and complete introduction to Buddhism). For beginner students.
Tuesday
7:00 - 8:30pm - Members Only
KARMA(volitional act) & KLESHA(afflictive emotion). The source of trouble. This teaching will go in depth into the laws of Karma and its motivating causes of afflictive emotions. From listening to these teachings, one will gain some insight into the laws of Karma with serious interest to cultivate positive actions and avoid negativity. FOR ADVANCED MEMBERS who have completed at least 2 years Lam-Rim or Foundational Teachings.
Wednesday
3:00 - 4:00pm - Members Only

VIRTUE, NON-VIRTUE, NEUTRAL and determining factors for the action of body, speech, and mind to be virtuous, non-virtuous, and neutral. One must be good in discerning what is virtuous and what is non-virtuous in order to cultivate and avoid respectively in everyday life. For second year and higher students.
